چکیده
In Industry 5.0, human workers and their wellbeing are placed at the centre of production process. this context, task-oriented dialogue systems allow to delegate simple tasks industrial assets while working on other, more complex ones. The possibility naturally interacting with these reduces cognitive demand use them triggers acceptation. Most modern solutions, however, do not a natural communication, techniques obtain such require large amounts data be trained, which is scarce in scenarios. To overcome challenges, paper presents KIDE4I (Knowledge-drIven Dialogue framEwork for Industry), semantic-based system framework industry that allows interact systems, easy adapt new scenarios does great constructed. This work also reports process validate evaluate KIDE4I, it has been adapted four cases relevant following described methodology, two have evaluated through user studies. considered as accurate, useful, efficient, demanding cognitively, flexible fast. Furthermore, subjects view tool improve productivity security carrying out tasks.

Toward Humanlike Task-Based Dialogue Processing for Human Robot Interaction
WINTER 2011 77 Interactions in natural language dialogues are an essential part of human social exchanges, ranging from social conventions such as greetings, to simple question-answer pairs, to task-based dialogues for coordinating activities, topic-based discussions, and all kinds of more open-ended conversations. As a result, the ability of future social and service robots to interact with hu...
متن کاملVisual Interaction in Natural Human-Machine Dialogue
In this article, we describe a visual component able to detect and track a human face in video streaming. This component is integrated into an embodied conversational agent. Depending on the presence or absence of a user in front of the camera and the orientation of his head, the system begins, continues, resumes or closes the interaction. Several constraints have been taken into account: a sim...
متن کاملModeling Task-Oriented Dialogue
A common tool for improving the performance quality of natural language processing systems is the use of contextual information for disambiguation. Here I describe the use of a finite state machine (FSM) to disambiguate speech acts in a machine translation system. The FSM has two layers that model, respectively, the global and local structures found in naturally-occurring conversations. The FSM...
متن کاملTask-oriented Dialogue Agent Architecture
AbstrAct: This paper focuses our agent-based approach to dialogue management equipped with a deliberation mechanism further extensible with additional features. The aim of this study has been to create a manager which can exhibit complex behaviour from two points of view – the development and runtime ones. To support the first case, the domain developer needs to provide a set of plans which tel...
متن کاملLearning Dialogue Management Models for Task-Oriented Dialogue with Parallel Dialogue and Task Streams
Learning dialogue management models poses significant challenges. In a complex taskoriented domain in which information is exchanged via parallel, interleaved dialogue and task streams, effective dialogue management models should be able to make dialogue moves based on both the dialogue and the task context. This paper presents a data-driven approach to learning dialogue management models that ...
